PROPERTIES

Chamomile flower extract has anxiolytic, antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory, spasmolytic, diaphoretic, choleretic, antioxidant action.

Chamomile extract has a calming, soporific, relaxing action, manifests hypnotic activity similar to benzodiazepines.

Lime flower extract has calming, antibacterial, antiviral, anti-inflammatory, spasmolytic, diuretic and antipyretic effects. It reduces irritability, removes restlessness, produces a relaxing effect, helps to fall asleep, contributes to a natural and healthy sleep.

Lemon balm leaf extract – natural anxiolytic and antidepressant. Has sedative, anticonvulsant, spasmolytic, analgesic, hypotensive, antiarrhythmic actions.

 

Melatonin – multifunctional neurohormone, produced by the pineal gland, retina and the gut. Has hypnotic, synchronizing, adapting, antioxidant, immunomodulatory, hypothermic and anticancer effects.

Melatonin is a natural sleep inducer. It improves the quality of sleep by reducing the time to fall asleep and increasing the duration of sleep, reducing the number of awakenings.

 

RECOMMENDATIONS FOR USE

SONOTAL is administered for:

– removing sleep disorders and achieving sedation;

– prevention of biological rhythm disturbances (rapid change of time zone during air flights, inversion of the    “sleep-wake” cycle);

– optimal physical and mental relaxation.

 

DOSAGE AND METHOD OF ADMINISTRATION

To be taken orally, before sleep. Shake well before use.

Use the oral syringe to measure the necessary quantity of solution. To measure the volume of solution, press the plunger of the syringe all the way, then insert the syringe into the solution and pull up the plunger until its tip is even with the figure corresponding to the volume of solution that you need. Wash the oral syringe or the dosing cup with boiled warm water before and after use.

Children aged:

– 6 months to 3 years: 2,5 ml of solution per day;

– 4 to 6 years: 5 ml of solution per day;

– 7 to 12 years: 7,5 ml of solution per day.

The intake period is 2-3 weeks on average.

Shake well before use. Administer orally according to the age-appropriate dose recommended on the packaging. Suitable for children over 6 months of age. For sleep support, give the recommended dose 30 minutes before bedtime; for daytime anxiety, administer as directed. Do not exceed the stated dose.
