4. Refunds
After the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

5. Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to our error or a damaged product, we will cover the return shipping costs.
For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping expenses.
