Pharmacokinetics: When administered sublingually, Corvalment® is absorbed from the mucous membrane of the oral cavity. The therapeutic effect occurs approximately 5 minutes after administration. After absorption, it undergoes biotransformation in the liver and is excreted in the urine as glucuronides.
