Ambroxol is a benzylamine, a metabolite of bromhexine. It differs from bromhexine in the absence of a methyl group and the presence of a hydroxyl group in the para-trans position of the cyclohexyl ring. Has a secret

Adults and children over 12 years: take 1 tablet (30 mg) 3 times daily for the first 2–3 days, then 1 tablet 2 times daily. Tablets should be taken after meals with sufficient liquid. Do not exceed the recommended dose without consulting a physician.
