How To Take
For adults and children over 6 years: spray 1–2 times into each nostril up to 3 times daily. For children under 6 years (0.05% concentration): 1–2 drops in each nostril 1–2 times daily. Do not use for more than 3–5 consecutive days without consulting a doctor. Tilt the head slightly forward, insert the nozzle into the nostril and press the pump firmly.
