Valerian has been used for centuries to aid sleep. This special infusion is designed for nighttime use to help improve sleep without the feeling of grogginess in the morning. Valerian tincture has no side effects. Ingredients: Valerian extract, motherwort extract, peppermint oil

• Valerian root extract (175 mg per capsule)
• Gelatin (capsule shell)
• Microcrystalline cellulose (filler)
• Magnesium stearate (lubricant)

Take 1 capsule orally in the evening, approximately 30–60 minutes before bedtime. Swallow whole with a sufficient amount of water. Do not exceed the recommended dose without consulting a healthcare professional. Course duration should be determined by a physician.

Returns
