• Xylometazoline hydrochloride 0.1% – active decongestant ingredient
• Sodium chloride
• Disodium phosphate
• Sodium dihydrogen phosphate
• Benzalkonium chloride (preservative)
• Purified water

For adults and children over 6 years: spray 1–2 times into each nostril up to 3 times daily. Do not exceed 3 applications per day. Do not use for more than 7 consecutive days without medical advice. Blow the nose gently before use to clear the nasal passages.
