How To Take
Pour 1 tablespoon of the blend into 200 ml of boiling water and steep for 15–20 minutes. Strain before use. Take 100 ml 2–3 times daily, 20–30 minutes before meals. Use for no longer than 2–4 weeks without consulting a healthcare professional.

Returns
