How To Take
Pour 2 tablespoons of the blend with 400 ml of boiling water, steep for 15 minutes, and strain. Take 1/3 cup 3 times daily, 30 minutes before meals. The infusion is used as part of complex diabetes management. Always use under medical supervision.
