How To Take
Prepare as a herbal decoction by simmering 1–2 tablespoons of the blend in 200–250 ml of water for 10–15 minutes. Strain and drink warm, 2–3 times daily before meals. The course of treatment should be determined by a healthcare professional. Not recommended for prolonged use without medical supervision.
