How To Take
Prepare an infusion by pouring 200 ml of boiling water over 1–2 teaspoons of the blend; steep for 15–20 minutes and strain. Take 1/3 cup (approximately 70 ml) 2–3 times daily, 20–30 minutes before meals. Use as directed by a healthcare professional. Duration of use should not exceed 2–3 weeks without medical consultation.
