How To Take
Pour 200 ml of boiling water over 1 tablespoon of the herbal blend, steep for 20–30 minutes, then strain. Take half a glass once or twice daily, preferably in the evening. Do not use for more than 7–10 days without medical supervision. Consult a healthcare professional before use.
