How To Take
Pour 1 tablespoon of the herbal blend into 200–250 ml of boiling water. Allow to steep for 15–20 minutes, then strain. Drink 1 cup 2–3 times daily before meals. Consult a physician before use, especially if you have a chronic kidney condition.
