How To Take
Pour 1–2 teaspoons of the blend into 200 ml of boiling water, cover and steep for 15–20 minutes, then strain. Take 1/3 cup (approximately 70 ml) 2–3 times daily, 20–30 minutes before meals. The course of treatment is typically 2–4 weeks. Consult a doctor before use.
