How To Take
Pour 1–2 tablespoons of the herbal blend into 200–250 ml of boiling water and steep for 15–20 minutes. Strain and drink 1/2 cup 2–3 times daily before meals. Use as directed on the packaging or as recommended by a healthcare professional. A standard course lasts 2–4 weeks.
