How To Take
Place 1–2 tablespoons of the herbal mixture into 200 ml of boiling water, cover, and steep for 15 minutes. Strain and cool to room temperature. Take 100 ml 2–3 times daily before meals. Course duration should not exceed 4 weeks without medical advice.
