How To Take
Prepare an infusion by steeping 1–2 teaspoons of bur-marigold herb in 200 ml of boiling water for 15–20 minutes, then strain. Take 1/3 to 1/2 cup 2–3 times daily before meals. The herb may also be used externally as a bath additive for skin conditions. Consult a physician before use.
