How To Take
Steep 1–2 teaspoons of the herbal blend in 250 ml of boiling water for 10–15 minutes, then strain. Take 1 cup 2–3 times daily, preferably before meals. The recommended course of treatment is 3–4 weeks. Consult a healthcare professional before use, particularly if you have known allergies or are taking other medications.
