How To Take
Prepare a decoction by simmering 1–2 tablespoons of willow bark in 250 ml of water for 15–20 minutes. Strain and cool before use. Take 1/3 cup (approximately 80 ml) 2–3 times daily before meals. Consult a healthcare professional before use, particularly if you are sensitive to aspirin or salicylates.
