How To Take
Prepare an infusion by steeping 1 tablespoon of bur-marigold herb in 200 ml of boiling water for 15 minutes, then strain. Take 1/2 cup 2–3 times daily before meals as a diaphoretic, diuretic, or anti-inflammatory remedy. For external use, prepare a stronger decoction and add to baths or apply as compresses for skin conditions. Consult a physician before use.
