How To Take
Prepare a decoction by simmering 1 tablespoon of burnet rhizomes and roots in 200 ml of water for 15–20 minutes. Strain and allow to cool. Take 1 tablespoon 3–4 times daily before meals. For external use in gingivitis or stomatitis, use the cooled decoction as a mouth rinse 3–4 times daily. Consult a healthcare professional before use.
