How To Take
To prepare a decoction, pour 1–2 tablespoons of crushed chaga into 500 ml of hot water (not boiling) and steep for 6–8 hours or simmer on low heat for 15–20 minutes, then strain. Drink 1 cup (200–250 ml) 2–3 times daily before meals. For prolonged use, consult a healthcare professional. Store the prepared infusion in a cool place; it keeps well for an extended period.
