How To Take
To prepare an infusion, pour 2 tablespoons of linden flowers with 200 ml of boiling water and steep for 20–30 minutes; strain before use. Take 1 cup of warm infusion 2–3 times daily for internal use. For external use as a gargle or mouth rinse, use a cooled infusion several times a day. Consult a doctor before use.
