How To Take
Brew 1–2 tablespoons of the blend with 200 ml of boiling water and steep for 20 minutes under a lid. Strain and take 100–150 ml 2–3 times daily, 30 minutes before meals. For sleep disturbances, an additional dose may be taken 30 minutes before bedtime. Do not exceed the recommended duration of use without medical supervision.
